New DX-TL4U now available in 250GB and 500GB models.
July 24, 2007 — Mitsubishi
Digital Electronics America’s Imaging Products Division
announced that its DX-TL4U, a four-input digital video
recorder that combines versatility, performance and reliability,
is now available in two new models, each with increased
memory capacity. Ideal for small retail environments,
gas stations, convenience stores and other small businesses,
Mitsubishi’s new DX-TL4U is now available in 250GB and
500GB models, providing business owners with unparalleled
recording length in the same cost-effective, easy-to-use
product that is ideal for any business seeking to upgrade
from analog to digital.
Easily controlled using a simple front button interface or a wireless remote
control , Mitsubishi’s DX-TL4U features one of the lowest learning curves
of its class and at less than two inches tall is one of the thinnest, space-saving
DVRs on the market today. With the new 250GB and 500GB DX-TL4U models, users
have the ability to record up to six months or one year, respectively, at one
image per second in standard mode with Mitsubishi’s advanced proprietary
compression.
“The new increased memory capacity options
for the DX-TL4U far exceeds anything we have previously
offered at this price point,” said Jeff Kiuchi,
product specialist, Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America
Security Products. “With a 500GB model recording
at one picture per second, at standard picture quality,
a user could continuously record for one full year, without
having to worry about changing tapes or archiving. In
addition to already being extremely easy to use, the
ability to record for that amount of time gives users
added peace of mind in knowing they have a reliable DVR
recording all activities at all times.”
In addition to easily run diagnostics that allow end
users to quickly troubleshoot and resolve system performance
issues, Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America also offers
a two-year limited warranty for digital video recorders
and two-year Express Replacement Assistance (ERA) program
that provides 24-hour replacement product in the event
of specific system failure.
